Last Weekend - One Word WOW!
Okay well I bet you are all wondering about the fantastic time I had down in Rotorua - well it was phenomenal, incredible and all those other words that can only pay lip service to the 24 hours we have at the Duxton. I am not going to put up any pictures as they can all be seen be clicking HERE. Suffice to say I was a VERY tired girl when got home on Saturday and went straight to bed.
Now of course that all the excitement is over I am now stressed to the max as have the whole Xmas thing coming up. I have bought all my presents (even bought one for me on behalf of Ian that he didn't even know about hee hee) however have an entire house to clean, a few decorations to put up, presents to wrap and an entire Xmas dinner for Mum, Dad, Ian and I to prepare. Ian keeps telling me to "relax babe we got heaps of time" and unfortunately I believe him - but now it is getting ridiculous so this weekend it will all be on.
The problem of course is we have a party to go to on Sunday at the wonderful Sheila and Norm's and I just know that WAY to much bubbles and merriment will occur and hence can take Monday out for doing anything!
I am sure we will be fine and I am stressing too much (as usual) just really would like just once to be ready more than 3 days before!
Oh and had to include this little pre Xmas joke my boss emailed me FELIZ NAVADAD EVERYONE!

Also then on Sunday (ai carumba!) we have Ian's work do at the Langham - as a result of the weekend ahead (and the fact that Xmas is less than a fornight away EEK!) I am taking Monday off work to rest, recupperate and wrap presents, put up decorations, address Xmas cards etc etc etc - ah a woman's work is never done! TTFN
