Naughty, Naughty..........

Okay well one of my many addictions came to light today in a truly scary way - not one, not two, but three parcels were on my desk upon arrival into the office - G.P. Store and Amazon.com managed to entice me once more and now I have to add the following to the DVD Collection when I get home tonight - sshh!!! don't anyone tell Ian!!

At least we have tomorrow's wedding to look forward to and I only bought two new dresses and a pair of shoes for that - I am a hopeless case!!!!!!! (and to make it worse I also bought another game yesterday- Dark Chronicle as above)..... oops!

Prestigious?

Well I went to see THE PRESTIGE the other night...... hmmm...... still in two minds about this movie (which is pretty intrinisic to the plot if you have seen the movie LOL). Whilst Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale were GORGEOUS! Come on Wolverine vs Batman how good is that? And both these actors are incredibly talented it just left me a bit cold. The acting was superb, the sets gorgeous, Scarlett Johannson was just radiant and Michael Caine his usual, wonderful self - in addition there was Andy Serkis (adore Andy) and David Bowie (big surprise there) but something to me was missing - the movie was a bit drawn out and VERY confusing (even though I got "the twist" pretty early on).

Probably my biggest frustration was that I went alone and therefore had no-one to discuss the various twists and turns (and there are ALOT). Will definately hire when it comes out on DVD, so at least I can discuss it with my man, but compared to Casino Royale and Happy Feet which we saw over the Xmas break ??? - well sorry Hugh and Christian but didn't do it for me.
